Its been a while

So we now play catch up! The 20th of last month I got a great excuse to get away. Taleesa, my baby sister, is getting married on the 9th of May. So all the sisters met in Salt Lake to go shopping. No I didn't take Zak and I was so excited, in theory! I did have a GREAT time but it was so so weird. I really missed my little shadow. I couldn't believe it! And honestly I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt a little bit useless.
We were really productive and by 1:30 Saturday afternoon all we had to do was buy Taleesa's make up, easy enough!
It was good to see Tianna and Josh too! I had to add this picture because it is so cute (and the rest of the pictures that weekend were of Taleesa in here dress and you all are just going to have to wait to see that!)



Kent and I made it through NASCAR and had a great time. It wasn't as warm as I could hope but we didn't have to bust out the ponchos so I am not complaining. I wish I had pictures but after the first few years Kent and I stopped taking pictures. I don't know why - Melanie has great pictures on her blog so check those out! :-)




We had Bryson's 3rd birthday last weekend and that was so fun. I love excuses to get together and just hang out and let the kids play. We are lucky as a family that we get together a lot like that and I love every minute!
I am sure that I am missing very important parts of my month but seriously Zak is fake crying by me telling me to feed him like a baby! Yes, I just yelled at him to eat his dinner and asked him if I have to feed him like a baby....apparently I do!
And on that note This is the BIG weekend that I am going to start potty training. I will have to keep you updated on how I handle this new challenge. I have put it off long enough.
